This policy explains what BitVerse uses for sign-in, recharge, balance, usage, download, and support. We use this information only to provide the service, protect accounts, and handle support.
To provide BitVerse, we may use email address, sign-in state, basic device or browser information, order and payment status, balance, usage, download access records, and content you choose to provide in support requests.
When advertising measurement is enabled and applicable consent or preference requirements are met, we may use UTM parameters, Google-provided gclid, gbraid, or wbraid, and Microsoft Advertising msclkid to connect an ad visit with registration, download, and confirmed paid crediting. Advertising platform tags and server-side conversion interfaces may receive the corresponding click identifier, conversion time, order identifier, currency, and value. We do not send raw conversation text, sign-in credentials, or full payment-card information to advertising platforms.
We use information for sign-in, Desktop authorization, order confirmation, balance and usage display, refund or dispute handling, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, security, and necessary legal or payment-channel requirements.
Usage details include request time, model, usage, debit amount, and status. Raw questions and answers are not kept as billing details. If product capabilities change, we will update this policy.
Payment flows may be handled by payment providers. BitVerse will not ask you to email full payment card information. Payment confirmation, refunds, disputes, and crediting may require payment-channel, order, and balance records.
We share information only as needed to provide the service, process payments, handle support, protect security, comply with law, or protect users and the service. Do not send login codes, full card details, or private secrets in support messages.
Records are kept for the period needed to provide the service, support security review, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations. Different record types may have different retention periods. When no longer needed, records are deleted or de-identified according to business and compliance requirements.
You can review orders, balance, and usage in the user center. To review, update, or delete related information, contact hello@claudeu.com. Some payment, risk, or legal records may not be immediately deletable.
